Oana Maria Carciu is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. Her research focuses on academic writing, with particular attention to identity, interculturality, phraseological patterns, and gender. Her current work applies quantitative and qualitative methods to the study of genre networks for research dissemination across diverse audiences. She recently co-edited Digital Genres for Academic and Professional Communication: Mapping Research and Practice (Routledge, 2026).
