Oana Maria CARCIU
I am lecturer in English Language and TEFL at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education of the University of Zaragoza, Spain. My main research interests are in text-linguistic patterns, rhetorical and socio-pragmatic aspects of academic written genres, inspired by genre analysis and corpus linguistics. This general interest is reflected in my previous and ongoing research on the interpersonal dimension of research writing for publication. My current work seeks to apply corpus-based genre analysis to the study of digital genres for science communication.
